How To Make Beef Tips Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef tips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until the onion is translucent.

Return the beef tips to the skillet and add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Add the mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the beef tips over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
