How To Make Beef Tips and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef tips, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef tips on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the beef broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Return the beef tips to the skillet and simmer over low heat for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour to create a roux.

Gradually whisk in the liquid from the beef skillet to create a gravy. Cook until thickened.

Serve the beef tips and gravy over the cooked egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley.
