- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, nuts, and dried fruits.

Add in the mashed banana, beaten egg, and baking powder. Mix well.
