  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground bison meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Form 4 equal-sized burger patties.

  4. Grill burgers for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

  5. Toast buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

  6. Assemble burgers with desired toppings.
