How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Bison Jerky Recipe
Delicious and healthy Bison jerky, made with all-natural ingredients and no preservatives.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Bison flank steak
- 1/4 cup Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Raw honey
- 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°F (80°C) or use a dehydrator.

Trim any excess fat from the flank steak and slice it thinly against the grain.

Mix all the ingredients to form a marinade.

Place the sliced bison in a large resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over it, and seal the bag.

Gently massage the marinade into the meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavor).

Remove the bison from the marinade and place it in a single layer on a baking sheet or the racks of your dehydrator.

Bake for 4-6 hours or until the jerky is dry and chewy.

Allow the jerky to cool completely before serving or storing.
