
How To Make Dynamite Shrimp

- 1½cupsflour
- ¾cupcornstarch
- 1½tbspbaking powder
- 1½cupsclub sodacold
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspwhite pepper
- canola oil
- 1lbshrimpdeveined
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tbspSriracha
Instructions

Heat a pot of oil to 375 degrees F at least 3 inches high.

Mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Dredge the shrimp in and dust off the excess amount.

Whisk the club soda into the flour mixture then dip the shrimp into it and fry them immediately for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and sriracha and toss with the freshly fried shrimp before serving.
