How To Make Broiled Salmon with Rosemary

Save your time in preparing dinner with this juicy broiled salmon with rosemary, garlic, and lemon, which can surely lighten up the mood on busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 4pcssalmon
  • olive oil spray
  • 2tsplemon juice,fresh
  • 2tsprosemary,fresh, chopped
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • salt and fresh pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the fish.

  2. Spray the rack of a broiler pan with olive oil spray and place the fish in it.

  3. Broil the fish 4 inches from the heat for approximately 4 to 6 minutes per ½-inch thickness, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

  4. If the fish is more than 1-inch thick, gently turn it halfway through broiling to cook it properly.
