How To Make Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the broiler in your oven.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon-dill mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

Place the baking sheet under the broiler, about 6 inches from the heat source.

Broil the salmon for about 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
