Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon-dill mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Place the baking sheet under the broiler, about 6 inches from the heat source.

  6. Broil the salmon for about 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.

  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
