How To Make Boiled & Baked Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of pork ribs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the ribs, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Boil for 1 hour.

Remove the ribs from the pot and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping the ribs halfway through and brushing with more barbecue sauce.

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
