- 4 haddock fillets
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.

Place the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, then drain and set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Stir in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Remove from heat.

Season the haddock fillets with salt and pepper, then arrange them in the greased baking dish.

Pour the creamy sauce over the fish fillets, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
