  • 5chicken thighs,bone in and skin on
  • 1tbsprosemary,fresh, chopped
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ½tspground black pepper,coarse
  • 3clovesgarlic,chopped
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 2tbspvegetable oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and place chicken, skin side up in a 9 by 13 baking pan.

  3. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
