Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

In a bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg and soy sauce.

Dip each tilapia fillet into the egg mixture, and then coat them with the panko breadcrumb mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
