How To Make Baked and Poached Tilapia

Ingredients
- 4oztilapia,(4 fillets)
- ¼cuplemon juice,fresh
- 2½tspground coriander
- 1½tspdried parsley
- 1roma plum tomato,diced
Instructions

Place the tilapia, lemon juice, coriander, and parsley in a bowl, then toss until the fillets are evenly coated.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish.

Arrange the fillets in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then top each with tomato. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the fillets. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in the oven 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered another 5 minutes.
