  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a dough forms.

  3. Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape, making a hole in the center.

  5. Place the bagels into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Allow the bagels to cool for a few minutes before serving.
