How To Make Air Fryer Muffins
These air fryer muffins are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional baked muffins.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chocolate chips, if desired.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or silicone muffin cups.

Spoon the muffin batter into each muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full.

Place the muffin-filled basket into the preheated air fryer.

Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
