How To Make Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs or thighs
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken and potatoes in a single layer.

In a small bowl, combine the onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Drizzle the spice mixture over the chicken and potatoes, making sure they are evenly coated.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
