How To Make Air Fryer Homemade Fries

Enjoy a batch of homemade fries that are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside for snacking, and whipped up in the air fryer for a healthier treat.

Ingredients

  • 1tbspolive oil
  • lbsrusset potatoes
  • ½tspseasoned salt
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ¼cuponion,chopped
  • ¼cupbell pepper,red or green, chopped
  • 1tbspmelted butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into ½-inch chunks.

  2. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.

  3. Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F for 15 minutes.

  4. Combine the onion, bell pepper, and butter. Add to the air fryer, reduce the heat to 340 degrees F, and cook an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables and potatoes are tender.

  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
