Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups leftover lamb, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add lamb and cook until heated through.

Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and peas. Stir until combined.
