Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture on both sides.

  4. Grill the chicken for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa. In a bowl, combine diced avocado, red onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  6. Serve chicken with avocado salsa on top.
