  • 1 large head cauliflower, riced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.

  3. Add cauliflower rice to the skillet and stir to combine with onions and garlic.

  4. Add cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
