How To Make Whole 30 Baked Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce
This Whole 30 approved salmon dish is baked to perfection and served with a tasty lemon-dill sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place them on the lined baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon, then top each fillet with a lemon slice.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the salmon is baking, mix together the chopped dill, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make the lemon-dill sauce.

Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven and serve with the lemon-dill sauce on top.
