How To Make Feta, Date & Spinach Pastries

Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, spinach, dates, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.

Spoon the feta mixture onto one half of each square, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the filling and press the edges together to seal.

Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and crispy.
