Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup cubed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegan cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza crust.

  3. Add the black beans, sweet potato, red onion.

  4. Sprinkle with cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Top with vegan cheese, if using.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Slice and serve.
