  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 cup of arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Brush olive oil onto the pizza crust.

  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust.

  4. Add sliced figs and sprinkle vegan cheese on top.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

  6. Top with fresh arugula and season with salt and pepper to taste.
