  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • Handful of chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. Spread tomato sauce onto the crust.

  4. Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese on top.

  5. Add chopped pineapple, coconut flakes, and sliced red onion.

  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.

  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
