How To Make Vegan Margherita Pizza

A classic Margherita pizza without any animal products.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.

  3. Add the tomato sauce, leaving a little space around the edges for crust.

  4. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese and basil over the sauce.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
