How To Make Vegan Artichoke and Olive Pizza
A mouth-watering vegan pizza topped with artichokes, olives, and a flavorful tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 small can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup of sliced black olives
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven according to crust instructions.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, then add the chopped artichoke hearts and sliced black olives, sautéing for a couple of minutes.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza crust, then top with the artichoke and olive mixture.
