Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 8 oz of tofu
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a bowl, crumble the tofu and mix with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread tomato sauce over the pre-made pizza crust.

  4. Top the sauce with the tofu ricotta cheese mixture.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is crispy.

  6. Once out of the oven, top the pizza with chopped fresh basil.

  7. Slice and serve.
