How To Make Vegan Cashew Cheese Pizza
A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza made with homemade vegan cashew cheese.

Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1 lb of pizza dough
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- For the cashew cheese:
- 1 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of water
- For the toppings:
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired shape and thickness. Place on a pizza pan or baking sheet.

Brush olive oil over the crust and sprinkle with garlic powder.

In a food processor, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Spread cashew cheese evenly on the pizza crust, leaving room for toppings.

Spread marinara sauce on top of the cashew cheese.

Add tomato slices, red onion, and black olives to the top.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
