How To Make Vegan Ratatouille Pizza
Savory pizza topped with roasted veggies and vegan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Spread marinara sauce over crust.

In a large bowl, toss zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, red bell pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Arrange veggies on top of pizza.

Sprinkle vegan cheese over veggies.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden and veggies are tender.

Let cool for a few minutes, slice and serve.
