How To Make Vegan Truffle and Wild Mushroom Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- -1 pre-made vegan pizza crust
- -1 1/2 cups vegan mozzarella cheese
- -1/2 cup diced wild mushrooms
- -1/4 cup truffle oil
- -1/4 cup diced onion
- -2 cloves garlic
- -1 tsp dried basil
- -1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- -1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a small skillet, heat truffle oil on medium-high heat.

Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic.

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until softened.

On your desired pizza crust, spread out a layer of vegan mozzarella cheese.
