How To Make Vegan Meatballs
These vegan meatballs are packed with flavor and have a satisfying texture. They’re perfect for a meatless meal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the cooked lentils until they form a rough paste.

Add the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, tomato paste, soy sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the lentil mixture. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
