Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with the seasoning mix.

  4. Grill the zucchini for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred and tender.
