How To Make Low Carb Cauliflower Rice Recipe

A healthy and delicious low-carb alternative to regular rice made from cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it reaches the consistency of rice.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until softened.

  5. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
