Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.

  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower, and sauté for 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  4. Stir in mushrooms, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve hot, and enjoy!
