Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add chopped cauliflower, garlic, and chicken broth to the Instant Pot.

  2. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

  3. Release the pressure manually and drain any excess liquid.

  4. Add heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.

  5. Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or transfer it to a food processor.

  6. Serve hot.
