Spicy and flavorful chicken wings cooked in an Instant Pot – perfect as an appetizer or a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Turn on the Instant Pot and press the sauté button.

  3. Add olive oil to the pot and place the chicken wings inside.

  4. Cook the chicken wings for 2 minutes on each side until they are browned.

  5. Pour in buffalo sauce and water. Mix well.

  6. Close the Instant Pot and set it to manual mode for 10 minutes.

  7. Once finished, let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 5 minutes before opening the lid.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
