How To Make Low Carb Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe
A flavorful and tender pulled pork recipe made in the Instant Pot without any extra carbs.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat and cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Combine all the spices in a small bowl and rub all over the pork chunks.

Place the pork in the Instant Pot and pour the chicken broth over the top.

Close the lid and set the vent to sealing. Cook on manual/high pressure for 60 minutes.

Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Shred the pork using two forks and serve with your favorite low carb sides.
