How To Make Low Carb Instant Pot Chicken Recipe

A healthy and flavorful Instant Pot chicken recipe cooked with low-carb ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.

  3. Set the Instant Pot to “Saute” mode and heat the olive oil.

  4. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

  5. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.

  6. Close the lid, turn the vent to sealing position, and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.

  7. Once the cooking is done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
