Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Pat chicken wings dry and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  6. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  7. Brush the hot sauce mixture onto each chicken wing.

  8. Place the wings back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

  9. Serve hot with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
