How To Make Low Carb Air Fryer Salmon Recipe

This is a healthy and delicious low-carb salmon recipe cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture, coating them evenly on both sides.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
