How To Make Low Carb Shrimp Scampi Recipe
A healthy low carb version of classic shrimp scampi.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Return the shrimp to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
