How To Make Low Carb Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Delicious and healthy low carb appetizer made with fresh mushrooms and stuffed with flavorful ingredients, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

Remove the stems from mushrooms and set aside caps.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.

Scoop the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
