- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
