How To Make Homemade Garlic Croutons Recipe

These crispy and flavorful garlic croutons are perfect for adding a delicious crunch to any salad or soup.

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt.

  3. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and pour the olive oil mixture over them, stirring until all the bread cubes are coated.

  4. Spread the bread cubes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely before serving.
