  • 4 slices of bread, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs (basil, thyme, oregano)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. Add bread cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the herb mixture.

  4. Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croutons are golden brown.

  6. Let the croutons cool down and store in an airtight container.
