Ingredients

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried herbs (such as oregano, basil, or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until evenly coated.

  3. Place the seasoned bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  4. Cook the croutons in the air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  5. Once the croutons are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
