How To Make Cauliflower Mash Recipe
A delicious and healthy gluten-free side dish, made with cauliflower instead of potatoes.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large pot, steam the cauliflower until tender (about 10-15 minutes).

Meanwhile, in a separate pan, heat the olive oil and garlic over medium heat until fragrant.

Add the steamed cauliflower to the pan and mash with a potato masher.

Add the almond milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and continue to mash until desired consistency is reached.

Transfer the mashed cauliflower to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, until heated through and slightly crispy on top.
