How To Make Healthy Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened and golden brown.

Sprinkle the flour over the onion and garlic, and stir to coat.

Gradually pour in the vegetable broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Add the soy sauce, nutritional yeast, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
