Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 cups beef gravy
- 2 cups cheese curds
- vegetable oil, for frying
- salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Rinse the potato fries under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.

Add the potato fries in batches and fry until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Place the fries on a baking sheet and keep warm in the preheated oven.

In a small saucepan, heat the beef gravy over low heat until warmed through.

Remove the fries from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.

Sprinkle the cheese curds evenly over the hot fries.
